One of the simplest things to do is to make breakfast casseroles. They are easy to put up, tasty, and suitable for feeding a big group, making them ideal for vacations. I'm looking for additional breakfast casseroles. Try these: French toast muffins, breakfast casserole with tater tots, sausage hash brown casserole, sausage gravy biscuit casserole, or overnight french toast with lemon and blueberries.

Our Go-to Breakfast Casserole recipe!
A nice breakfast casserole is something we adore! This one is flavorful, filling, and just takes a few minutes to prepare. There is something for everyone, including sausage, eggs, and biscuits!
This is our favorite morning baked good! We prepare it for weekends (for breakfast OR supper), brunch, and holidays. The fact that the ingredients are so basic is one of the reasons we adore it! There aren't many, and all you have to do is layer and bake in five minutes!
It is both tasty and adaptable; it may be prepared the night before or quickly whisked up just before baking.
Breakfast casserole with biscuits ingredients
- Can of Jumbo Biscuits– These are located next to the chilled cinnamon buns and pie crust in
- Sausage– the supermarket.
- Eggs– milk Italian sausage or breakfast sausage.
- Milk– I used 1% but 2% or whole milk will also work.
- Cheese– shredded sharp cheddar or Colby jack.
How to make a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit breakfast casserole
Press the biscuit dough firmly down to line the bottom of the baking dish. To make it fit, you might have to cut a few of biscuits in half. The biscuits will fill in while they bake, so perfection is not necessary. Cook and shred sausage in a frying skillet until it turns brown. Empty the grease. Spread the meat evenly over the biscuit dough. Beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Bake for twenty-five to thirty minutes. Cover with foil if the top begins to get brown. Give it five minutes to stand. Before serving, cut into squares.
