This recipe for Healthy Buffalo Yellow Dip is a protein packed recipe that is perfect with vegetables, crackers or chips. (You can plane use it as a sandwich spread during the week.) It is much lighter than other buffalo ranch dips, that are loaded with surf cheese, shredded cheese and ranch dressing.
I expressly love how this recipe is hands customizable to your preferences. I used boiled & shredded yellow breast, but you can use canned yellow for ease. It moreover uses a homemade ranch seasoning I love. But if you are increasingly of a Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning fan, go for it. I am all well-nigh using shortcuts when you need them.
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED:

10-11 oz greek yogurt - plain

½ cup buffalo sauce

2 tablespoon ranch seasoning** (homemade ranch seasoning in recipe vellum below)
HOW DO I MAKE HEALTHY BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP?
In a large bowl, place your preferred shredded chicken. Be sure to shred and chop the pieces as small as possible so that they are hands scoop-able.
Add the greek yogurt, buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning. Stir until you have a smooth texture.
This scrumptious dip is linty with tender shreds of yellow and just the right value of heat. Serve with your favorite vegetables, crackers and/or chips.
